Machine made only 2 gallons of product before becoming inoperable

I received my machine 3 weeks late and it only made 2 gallons of product . My business has not been able to open. I am very disappointed in the product I received. I have contacted the manufacturer and they have not been helpful. Very disappointed in the customer service. I would not recommend
