Shipping Policy
At a glance: Orders normally require 1–3 working days for processing. Shipping availability, method, and timing vary by destination. Standard delivery is roadside delivery; unloading and inside delivery are not included.
1. Delivery service
Standard delivery is to the roadside on the ground. Inside delivery, unloading, and moving the machine into a garage, home, or building are not included. If extra delivery assistance or unloading labor is required, the customer is responsible for arranging it and paying any related fees.
Shipping is included for eligible destinations listed below. For the United States, this applies to the contiguous U.S. mainland. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other outlying areas require an additional shipping quote. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether your address is eligible.

Transit times are estimates and do not include the 1–3 working-day processing period.
3. Processing
Machines are packed in plywood cases. Before packing, each machine is tested in our workshop. Processing normally takes 1–3 working days.
4. Customs duties and additional charges
Shipping does not include customs duties. The customer is responsible for customs duties and any charges for inside delivery, unloading, or delivery to an address outside an eligible area.
