1. What is the time limit for returns?
we accept 30-days return after delivery.Does not support exchange.
Please clean the machine completely and pack it well with original packing form, please treat it well during return, once we get the returned machine, we will check the condition of machine and the packing form before process the refund.

3. Product Return Policy and Who Pays Return Shipping Fees

b.Reasons Not Supporting Free Return

Note: For above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return & restock. 12% of the total order amount will be deducted as shipping compensation when refunding.
4. How to return and get a refund?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service (email: info@kolice.cc) and provide the reason and necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue.
Step 2: Our customer service team investigates and provides a solution in accordance with our policies. (This item is expected to take 1-3 working days)
Step 3: Both parties reach an agreement on the solution, and our customer service team provide the return information (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.).
Step 4: Return the product (if necessary). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will process the refund within 1~3 working days. The time it takes for your refund to arrive depends on your card issuer.
5. Return process:
Contact the customer service email address to register the return→provide pictures and videos of the returned product→customer service to confirm the return application→send the returned product→return confirmation→apply for a refund

6. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 1~3 working days and let you know if your refund has been approved.
The refund will be refunded to the bank account through the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
