Faulty equipment,

my equipment arrived dented not only on the side, but when I was told to take it apart, it was dented underneath my pan does not get cold, and I even followed all of instructions as if I was an electrician or a technician, which is unfortunate spending the amount of money I spent for me to have to work on it myself and to find out you guys will not help me send back the equipment that does not work that arrived broken.
