Built for Multi-Flavor Service
The Kolice ICM-390 supports 5 flavor choices through a 3+2 mixed dispensing arrangement, giving ice cream shops, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and event operators more menu flexibility from one commercial machine. Its transparent dispensing components keep the serving path visible during operation, while the refrigerated upper hoppers and grouped production controls support a repeatable daily workflow. Before ordering, confirm the exact voltage, plug, dimensions, output, and installation requirements shown in the product specifications.
From Prepared Mix to Soft Serve
Fill each upper hopper with sufficient prepared ice cream mix before starting production. Select PRODUCE and allow the machine to complete its preparation cycle; begin serving only after the production display reaches 100%. Hold the cup or cone close to the selected nozzle while operating the handle so the product can be shaped with better control. During continuous service, monitor the mix level in every hopper and refill it before it becomes too low, helping prevent air from entering the freezing system.
Digital Controls for Daily Operation
The touch control panel brings production, washing, stopping, hardness adjustment, and precooling functions together in one interface. Operators can use the displayed status to follow the current working mode and make controlled adjustments during service. Use ADD or REDUCE to change the serving hardness gradually, then dispense a small portion to check the result before making another change. The grouped controls reduce the need to move between separate switches during production, cleaning, and between-service cooling.
Precooling Between Service Periods
Stop normal production before activating PRECOOLING. The function is designed to help keep prepared mix in the upper hoppers chilled between service periods and overnight where local food-safety requirements allow. It does not replace correct ingredient handling, sanitation, or temperature monitoring. If a hopper is running low and will not be refilled immediately, stop production and change to precooling rather than continuing to operate with insufficient mix. Always follow the storage limits of the mix supplier and applicable local regulations.
Daily Cleaning and Food-Contact Care
At the end of service, add clean water to every upper hopper and run WASH for at least five minutes. Stop the machine, dispense the rinse water, and repeat the process two or three times as needed until residue has been removed. Power off the machine before taking apart the dispenser, plungers, seals, and other removable food-contact components. Wash and sanitize each part according to local food-safety requirements, rinse thoroughly, allow everything to air-dry, and inspect seals for wear before reassembly.
Plan Electrical Power and Ventilation
Before delivery, confirm that the grounded power supply matches the exact voltage, frequency, phase, and plug stated in the product listing. Place the machine on a stable surface with enough room for loading, dispensing, cleaning, and service access. Keep every fan and ventilation opening clear, and allow at least 80 cm of working space in front of the machine. Do not connect the unit through a power strip or long extension cord; installation and protective devices should comply with applicable electrical requirements.
